  This location messes up our orders consistently. I've let it slide a long time but got fed up this time when I paid for two 6 piece baskets in the drive thru and got back to find out they gave me two 4 piece baskets.

  I got fries and ranch as a snack, I’ve had Dairy Queen ranch so many times, and never in my life has it ever looked like this. Ik it was ranch because I smelt it, HOWEVER, my ranch was THICK, it was CHUNKY. Absolutely disgusting

  My order was wrong. The were happy to fix it. As a result I got free small fries & 3 PC chicken strips. The rest of our order was good. The service was over the top. Very pleasant and courteous workers. We will be back.

  Unlike that other review, they don’t ASK for tips, it’s an option the card reader gives, no one has ever asked me to tip! Iv always had great experiences here. My food is always fresh and the employees are always kind and helpful. This DQ is far better than the other one in valpo!

  Ordered the pretzel sticks with extra salt. This is what they served. The burger wasn't fresh either. This is the only DQ I've been to that asks for tips. This location is good for ice cream but avoid ordering food at this location.
