- BPBecky Parker4 days ago3.0Food was cold and not fresh. Also asked for a pup cup for my dog and the drive- thru lady was rude about getting one.
- DTDonald TrowbridgeApr 3, 20261.0Sandwich had no bottom bun. Having already waited 10 minutes in drive thru got the food went home and Sandwich had no bottom bun. Took Sandwich back thru drive thru and was told to pull forward and wait for new Sandwich to be made. I refused. A rude employee yelled at me like I was the one who screwed up. I've had it with this business. It is without a doubt the worse McDonald's in America and I've been around long enough to have seen some real losers. This is not their only screw up. My family has had numerous problems with our orders. This is the most unprofessional business in Trafalgar. Never again.

The guy at the register you could hardly understand then tried to give us some watered down drinks that were there before we even put our order in. Then seriously 15 mins to get just the drinks which before he went to get he spent a fair amount of time scratching his head gross!!!!! Then the kitchen staff was more like a high school common area. The food was slow, cold and disgusting. For me, I am done with this McDonald’s

A guy who was maybe a manager in the lobby told us to have a great day when we left and it made our days better: customer service has definitely gotten better there.
