I’m talking about reading a receipt and putting the food in a bag. Time to get some new workers -maybe some that can read. When you “complain” or simply express frustration over multiple wrong orders, there’s very little apologetics or consideration coming from staff. They simply don’t care.

Waited 5 minutes in drive thru nobody came to speaker, pulled up to the window an employee made eye contact and hit behind the window to continue her conversation with her fellow coworker. Went into the store and the manger was extremely nasty, wouldn’t provide me with her name. Other worker threw order on counter and didn’t include drinks when asked for them she gave me empty cups. Terrible service and the food they gave me was cold and disgusting. My son who had autism was not at all happy about this experience and caused him to emotional dis regulation due to me having to deal with these extremely terrible people. They should be fired.
