  So glad to be back home. One of the better Pizza Huts I've been to. Great food and service as always!

  I have to give 1 star to make a review but wish I could leave 0 rating. I understand today is the superbowl. But upon entering we were never greeted even though a server was clearing a few tables. We waited 10min being the only people in the restaurant. Finally greeted by someone from the back who told us to choose a seat. Seated and given a menu and not asked if we would like a drink. Our server never introduced self and finally came back for our drink order after 5min. Mind you we are still the only people in the restaurant. After 20min and still no drink we decided to leave. Also, staff at the register saying an elderly man's order was not ready and how they were swamped with orders, yet no staff were making any food (I can see straight into the kitchen) and then seeing our server grab the gentleman's order from the warmer where it had been sitting. I have worked in service many times and do not understand what was going on in there today. We ended up just walking out.

  Ordered delivery. Driver showed up at Pizza Hut immediately after placing order, but waited 25 minutes for my food to cook. Delivery time was fast. Pizza hut changed my delivery time 3 times because THEY ( not the driver) could not fulfill their promise.Pizza was stone cold when received.
