  When my order was handed to me I pinched my fries to feel the temp and they were cold so I asked for fresh fries. The staff member proceeded to mix my fries into a batch of fresh fries and redistribute it to me and other customers. The play place also says “Toddler Area.” And is for 3 years and under but the rules clearly state the equipment is designed for ages 4-12. This is a safety concern.

  One worker did start to help me, she walked away when a coworker asked her to ring up her meal. Two Managers who were doing expo up front both look and ignored me. Eventually one of the managers did help me. Lousy service, I would've given zero stars if it were an option

  On 3/3/2026 at 12:44 a.m I ordered 2 Big Arch combos. After getting home opening up the box and taking the first bite I tasted something long and stringy. After I investigated what it was I found a long piece of hair on my sandwich. I called the wrong location (downtown)to report the incident and was told by Becca that they just switched over to breakfast and I would have to wait until lunch to have my order replaced. I returned to the US 41 location where I found hair in my food close to noon and was told my order could not be replaced because I gave her the wrong name and because the order was made at 12:44 a.m. Regardless, the hair was found on my food at the US 41 location and I feel it should still be reported no matter to circumstance.
