He spoke clearly and loudly, we just wanted 2 frostys, one large, one medium, both vanilla. And a large fry. A very simple order. She came to the window, rolled her eyes, told us 6.89, took our money, then gave us a medium chocolate frosty and we never saw her again. A guy came to give our fries and we told him the mess up. He didn't understand one large one medium vanilla frosty. He took the chocolate one and came back with a medium. No large even though we had told him. He then tells us she never even rang up our order. Then finally goes and gets our large vanilla frosty. I don't know what I paid for, but she did take our money. I used to love this Wendy's when I first moved here but now it's a headache everytime. Food service is hard, but when you have one person in your parking lot who is in the drive thru, it is not that hard to get a simple three item order correct. I don't even understand how it all happened. I don't know if these are new staff members or not, but Wendy's, you need new ones at night at this location. Never have I ever experienced this at any other food place.
