  To put this in perspective I sat in the parking lot to write this before even leaving the store. If I could give zero stars I would first of all when your doors open for lobby at 9 maybe have it ready before hand proper planning you know. Than to wait for 6 minutes to even be greeted welcomed which never happened just a “ oh there’s a guy standing in the lobby”. As a General manager at any of my establishments we greet with warm welcoming no matter what time we came in we have our place of business ready to operate we don’t as managers look at a customer and ignore them completely as you have no vehicles in the drive through. No apologies for the time wasted or overall blatant disregard for the customer service is beyond me I really hope corporate gets a reins on this store there’s a reason it scores as it does

  This Wendys consistently does not have chili. They even posted a sign on their door saying they don't have chili. I obviously didn't read all their stupid signs typed up and taped to the door. So then they acted like I'm a dummy for not reading the sign. Anyway, she said morning shift isn't making the chili and mixing the concrete or something, that's why they don't have it. I'm calling corporate too.

  Cashier messed up on the order kiosk and the manager righted the wrong. 5* 🤘🏽
