- RDRoland DeschainFeb 6, 20262.0I used to love this place under old management. Always friendly and happy to accommodate requests. The new ownership is quite a change. At first I was impressed with how they refreshed the interior, but it turned out to just be putting lipstick on a pig. My biggest problem now is the sour attitude and rudeness of the current personnel. Just recently stopped in and dealt with the woman who acts like she is forced labor. Skimpy on the toppings and when asked for more she sheds more attitude but does grudgingly comply. When I went to pay I scanned my app where I had loaded a $6.99 coupon and I would pay using the loaded gift card. She processed payment super quick and thrust the receipt to me. Only noticed walking out the door that the coupon had not been applied so I paid nearly twice what I should have. I know they see the coupon on their screen but apparently need to apply/approve it. That's the last straw for me, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. The store is always dead empty when I stop in, even during the 12-1 lunch hour. Hopefully the current owners will go under soon and sell to someone who wants to be in the business.

I have no problem waiting for fresh vegetables to be brought from the back but I was told no the four pieces of tomato that were in the bucket is what they were going to use despite all having hard white cores in the middle. Nothing like a crunchy tomato🤦♂️
