  The man who waited on me was very friendly and very nice the problem is the last two times I have been in there they have one person working walk-ins call ins and drive through. This poor man had to fill everything and do it all his self and I think that's ridiculous

  My go-to Subway Shop. Can't get waited on at other Subway Shops. Great people, Quick service. Orders always correct. Clean shop.

  I dont know what has happened. New employees or employees that just don't care anymore. But this is the 3rd time ordering thru the app at this store. The first time I ordered a Footlong all the veggies minus tomato. What I got was tomato and lettuce. I didnt complain even though I added a tip when I placed my order. Today, I ordered my sub with all the veggies except tomatoes and I get just a tiny bit of lettuce, pickles, spinach a whole lot of onions and olives. But no cucumber, no green pepper, no jalapeños, no banana peppers and no mayo. I even asked in the "special instructions" box to be sure to pay attention to the veggies requests for each sandwich. Thanked them very much and added my Tip to the "sandwich artist". So, not only did they NOT get my order right, but when I opened the wrapper, they wrapped it so it was upside-down so that everything spilled out and needed reasembled. Thanks guys! I never complain. It takes a lot to get me to complain. This was it. I gave you another chance. I gave you another tip even though I wasn't happy last time, and you blew it! We will take our $30 order, plus tip elsewhere next time.

  My ultimate bmt footlong on Italian herbs and cheese is too messy and improperly put together by the sandwich artist. The photo speaks volume.

  Husband picked up order.. which was 2 footlongs. Or supposed to be. 1 meatball marinara. 1 chicken teriyaki. He noticed it was 1 footlong 1 six inch. Someone remade it and now we had 2 footlongs. Good to go. Until he got home and noticed we have one chicken teriyaki.. and one meatball teriyaki??? Someone topped our toddlers meatball marinara with all the things that go on a chicken teriyaki. 🫤 they say third time is a charm, but I’m not wasting my gas to drive up there and find out..
