  My brother went through and got the cheeseburger meel plain and a well done 10pc. They made him regular cheeseburgers and didnt put his nuggets in the bag. He went back in to fix it, his nuggets werent well done and his cheeseburgers still werent plain. Also when they gave him his drink they did not latch the lid and he got covered in soda in his car. I had to call just to get his food replaced later. I work at a mcdonalds and one thing u dont do is ask for the recept. Hes keeping his for his replacement next tuesday. But its also completely soaks due to them not knowing how to put a lid on a cup and actually making sure its latched. If they dont fix it the propper way this tuesday I will be calling again.

  This is the 2nd time I’m a row I’ve ordered here and the worker said last night it was closed cause the computer wasn’t working it was 4am and tonight 2am ans it’s because it’s only 2 workers . This is ridiculous why are you guys on the clock not making food just close the store down if that’s the case !!

  I have never seen more disrespectful management at a McDonald's location. I've never had a problem with the employees, but the manager serina winters is extremely rude and disrespectful to both customers and employees. It has gone on for months now and something needs to be done about it.
