They accidentally gave us 3 pies and we thought it was for us, because of the inconvenience then she comes storming out of the building and takes them. Plus my fries were cold I will never go to the McDonald's ever again ive never had this bad of experience at any McDonald's. RUDEEEE!!!!

He orders a bacon and egg mcmuffin and I order the sausage and egg mcmuffin. We get home and are eating our sandwiches when he notices something on his egg, MOLD! So I open my sandwich and MOLD! He packs up what we hadn’t eaten and drove back to the Mcdonald’s. The manager had the audacity to say “well that’s how they look sometimes.” My husband demanded our money back and a phone number for the owners or corporate. He called and left a message. They never bothered returning his phone call. If this is what customer service has turned into, God help us all.
