- COCharlie O1 day ago1.0One worker did start to help me, she walked away when a coworker asked her to ring up her meal. Two Managers who were doing expo up front both look and ignored me. Eventually one of the managers did help me. Lousy service, I would've given zero stars if it were an option

After I investigated what it was I found a long piece of hair on my sandwich. I called the wrong location (downtown)to report the incident and was told by Becca that they just switched over to breakfast and I would have to wait until lunch to have my order replaced. I returned to the US 41 location where I found hair in my food close to noon and was told my order could not be replaced because I gave her the wrong name and because the order was made at 12:44 a.m. Regardless, the hair was found on my food at the US 41 location and I feel it should still be reported no matter to circumstance.
