My sandwich looked like they had topped the entire patty with the burnt grossness from the stove top. I make it a point to be very polite to food service workers. I was ordering food for three people, including a man I was trying to help, and I had many questions while deciding on meals. He was extremely patient, kind, and respectful, never rushed me, and took the time to help me choose what would work best. What really stood out was his compassion. He didn’t just take an order — he treated the situation with care and understanding. Small acts of kindness like this truly make a difference, and today he helped me help others. Please recognize him for his excellent customer service and his good heart. Employees like Logan represent the best of McDonald’s.
