I was cussed at and argued with by jeante who works for this McDonald’s location. I waited nearly 8 minutes after paying for my food which once given to me was cold. When jeante opened the window he used to f word and then argued with me that he actually shouldn’t know what my order is and it’s not his responsibility. Continued to cuss using the f word and telling me he “didn’t care” I did ofcourse ask for the manager as I’ve never been spoken to so awfully. Her name was Kim and she was very kind and very understanding. I will be filing a corporate complaint Monday morning on Jeante as I refuse to be treated with such disrespect. Kim did also let me know this isn’t the first problem they’ve had with him. He absolutely should not be employed in customer service by McDonald’s or any other organization. Completely disgraceful.
