  They had my order ready to go. It was exactly what I ordered and They were very professional. BEWARE Drive thru pavement is busted up. Giant hole where you need to pull up to(the window).

  I placed a paid order through the Dunkin’ app specifically because it showed all items as in stock. When I arrived, I was told multiple items were unavailable. That alone is frustrating—but what followed was unacceptable. The staff informed me they could not issue a refund, despite the fact that the store failed to fulfill a prepaid order. Instead, I was told I would need to call corporate customer service and handle the refund myself. To make matters worse, the interaction was dismissive and rude, as if their inventory failure and broken app integration were somehow my fault. Let me be very clear: • The app took my money • The store could not fulfill the order • The store refused to fix the problem • The burden was shifted entirely onto the customer That is not customer service—it is operational negligence paired with indifference. If this location cannot manage inventory accuracy, honor mobile orders, or empower employees to resolve basic issues like refunds, then customers should be warned before trusting the app or their time. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others think twice before placing a mobile order here unless they enjoy paying for items they never receive and being treated like an inconvenience for expecting basic accountability.

  Normally I like this location but today there was a problem. I ordered my drinks without ice like I always do, but they didn't fill the cups. They were 2 inches below the lid! When I asked why they weren't full, the girl said "because you said no ice". When I explained that I always order them that way and that it's never been a problem before, she said "well that's just the way it is" and turned around and walked away. She was rude and dismissive. Not only that, but I paid for extra mocha sauce in my beverages, but didn't get it. I'm very disappointed in this store.

  Owner rude on veterans day, when i asked what donuts you could receive for veterans day he just waved his hand toward display. Acted as if it was inconvenience to get donuts, I bought donuts also. No word of thx for veteran or for buying donuts. Never again will I go there
