- BMBobby MeekDec 17, 20251.0Had a terrible experience here , to begin the address isn’t correct , o had chosen this store because it was close to where I was shopping. After using my gps to find the location it wasn’t there. I called the store and the team member told me “yeah we haven’t gotten the address changed yet” So the directions he gave me were much farther. I went to the area I was told , still no store. Called back and told them I couldn’t find it , to just deliver and was told there would be a delivery fee, which I dad was out of the question due to the address being incorrect and I couldn’t find the store. He put me on with the manager at that point and I told him I d dint believe should pay a delivery charge due to not having the correct address and all the time and Inconvenience I had. He would not wave the fee so I was getting frustrated and loud by that point and told him to just deliver my order loudly and he said I was rude , I advised him anyone would be rude after the runaround I was given and hung up. He proceeded to cancel my order , so my family was forced to do with out pizza. To begin the address needs to be corrected to correspond with gps, and the manager could use a customer service refresher , very disappointed and will never use this store again or recommend.

The pizza drove all the way across town before coming back to deliver it to me so by the time it got here it was not fresh and when I called to ask about where my pizza was the staff was incredibly rude to me and said “sorry we can’t make the world revolve around you to get you your pizza.” When all I asked was why my driver was driving all the way across town before making the delivery to me as it didn’t make sense!

He said his driver just went out 10 minutes prior which is understandable. I looked on my DoorDash order and saw the driver was going opposite of me of like 15 minutes. The guy on the other end asked for my address and I told him. He told me it was a wrong address, giggled, and said “I hope (driver) can actually find you so it might be longer.” I asked to change the address, and said no the driver is already out. Paying more than $20 for pizza that’s cold is unacceptable. If they would’ve been honest and cooperative, I would’ve been understanding. I don’t know how desperate Dominoes is for workers, but this one needs some anger management classes for that attitude. The persons name was Becca; not people friendly. 12/10/2025
