I enjoy Arby's but not giving it very many stars as this review is only unique to this visit. I orderd a beef and cheddar and it was on a sandwich type bread and not very good. Normally we love Arby's and never had any issues. I said no sauce and it had sauce. I was starving, the bread was absorbed with this sauce and mushy. I dont like the onion bread and always do this but here it came oddly and was hard to get it down. :/

This is the most pathetic Arbys I have ever been to. So pathetic and incapable that I will never spend money with Arbys again regardless of where I am. To start off they have no knowledge of or accountability for their mobile ordering. We ordered steak nuggets on the app only to find out upon arrival that they had been out of stock long enough for the "out stock" sign to be sun faded. When asked why we were able to order it despite them not having it they simply said "we have no control over the mobile ordering." Which would make them the only restaurant with a mobile app that has "no control" over it. When we asked for a refund for the entire order they simply said "we can't do that we have nothing to do with the mobile app." Judging from the fact that the manager couldn't even pick a shirt that fits my guess is he's just too incompetent and lazy to be bothered with learning how to do his job. Despite the audacious claims of inability we peacefully left and said we would call into customer service to get the refund handled. For those of you who have not had the pleasure of calling the joke that Arby's calls customer service let me fill you in. You will never speak to somebody whose first language is English and I'm willing to bet their feet have never touched American soil. They will simply listen to your complaint take some basic information and say that they are filing a ticket for their supervisor or their billing department to review. They cannot transfer you to anybody else. They have no access to any other department within customer service. You should also not expect to receive anything back from them. We have been calling them for a month now and get told the same thing every time, I'm filing a ticket. I do not have money for billion dollar corporations to be playing with. I don't have time for incompetent under trained workers to aid them in taking my money. For those reasons I will never be spending money at Arby's ever again and I highly recommend you don't either. More importantly as somebody with experience and food safety handling not one of the people who came to the window was fit for work. Every single one of them was dirty, unkempt, and violating food safety practices right in front of us. Everything from picking noses and scabs to touching food without gloves. This particular Arby's is a nightmare. Don't feed your kids here if you love them.

The food and the employees that prepared it were great. However the manager on duty was lets say less than be desired. He was talking down to them and being disrespectful to them. It was bad enough that the other customers were taking notice. The food was so good that I had my grandson ring the bell. But there was no response. I've always got a response of Arbys guests are the best or a thank you from the crew. That wasn't the case this time. I feel it was due to the manager that night.

Found an object in my food, manager immediately apologized, they remade my food and gave me a future free meal without me asking. Mistakes happen, I know it wasn't intentional, they were super awsome about it.
