  You just lost a life long customer. Ordered a pizza on your app and for some reason the app removed the sauce. I've ordered the same thing for years never with out sauce. when I called to see if it could be fixed I was told by the young man on the phone nobody likes that app. when I tried to get the ordered fixed I was told they weren't going to do that.

  I have never left a google review however me and my fiance ordered delivery and it left the store at 9:30 pm and it is now 10:30 pm and our food still has not arrived. When I called the store the guy that answered the phone was very unprofessional and said “he’ll be there it will just take him a little bit”. I explained I did not want cold food and he said “it’s in a hot carrier”. Just very rude.

  Why is it so hard for dominos to understand that extra toppings means extra, when I pay you for a product I expect it, every single time I order extra toppings on my pizzas I get screwed, both my pizzas last night didn't even have the normal amount of toppings or even my extra toppings, I will no longer eat at your establishment hope you close and never reopen, everyone at this store is incompetent

  I get there to pick up my $20 order and the cashier says he doesn’t have change for 50 so I have to go to the gas station get changed and then come back. Get home and both things I got “ as you can see in the picture of the sandwich” they were burnt. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped eating there.

  I don’t often leave a negative Google reviews but I think it’s time for this Dominos in North Terre Haute to get one after so many incorrect orders over the last few years. I see other people have left reviews for this store with the exact same complaints as mine, so it’s an obvious problem that hasn’t been corrected. At least 40-50% of the time I place an order, they simply don’t follow instructions and don’t get the order right. I’ve never seen a restaurant get my orders wrong as often as this place does. My most recent pickup order was a Pineapple & Ham pizza and a Pepperoni, Bacon, & Onion pizza, both square cut, which they forget to do about half the time. Sometimes I forget to check the order before I leave because I’m getting off work and tired. When I do check & it’s wrong, I make them correct it. This last time I forgot to check the order. When I got home, the Pineapple & Ham pizza was Pineapple & Pepperoni with just 14 pineapple chunks on it when there’s 16 pieces of pizza when square cut. There were 9 out of 16 pieces with no pineapple on them at all, which is 56% of the pizza missing one of its toppings. And of course no ham because it was pepperoni despite the receipt clearly saying pineapple. The previous time I didn’t check the order but I did ask them if they were both square cut as ordered and was told they were. Got home and one of them wasn’t, so I was lied to because the person who handed me the pizzas was the one I saw cutting them, but I couldn’t see what type of cut it was. It’s a simple matter of not paying attention to what’s on the ticket, especially when they don’t square cut because that’s in bold face type on the ticket. I will be checking every order from now on BEFORE I pay at the counter. If it’s wrong they’ll fix it or I won’t pay and won’t take the food.
