  The tables were filthy, the drink area looks like it had not been touched in a week, the door next to the trash can had drink splatters running down it. The floor looks like it has never been swept. A customer asked for rag to clean iff the table and she told them they are not allowed to give a rag to the customer.

  1st time going today as my wife and I have been hesitant. We were pleasantly impressed. She was surprised how good and tender the chicken was in a bowl she got and I chose the spicy (haha) chicken in a burrito form and it was very delicious. Staff was friendly and patient as I was asking many questions 😊. Prices are as to be expected here in 2026 unfortunately but it's the new norm. We will definitely be going back.

  Wow, does this place sucks. I’m writing this review as I’m standing in line. There are 10 people here, and I’ve been in line for 35 minutes. WOW this is horrible! Can’t even use my phone in here because I get SOS. Holy moly guacamole, this place has lost all my respect. Like a driver asleep at the wheel, not caring if anyone eats or not.

  I recently stopped by the Chipotle Mexican Grill location in Terre Haute, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. This location truly deserves a five-star review for its consistency, cleanliness, and friendly service. One of the first things I noticed when I walked in was how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The dining area, drink station, and serving line were all spotless, which immediately made the environment feel welcoming and comfortable. Even during a busy time, the staff kept everything organized and running smoothly. The employees were another highlight of the visit. Everyone behind the counter was polite, efficient, and clearly working hard to keep the line moving while still being friendly with customers. They took the time to make sure each order was prepared correctly and generously filled. It’s always nice to see a team that works together so well and keeps a positive attitude, even when the restaurant is busy. Of course, the food was fantastic. My bowl was fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. The rice was perfectly cooked, the chicken was seasoned well, and the toppings tasted crisp and fresh. One of the best things about Chipotle is being able to customize your meal exactly how you want it, and this location does a great job making sure everything looks and tastes great. Overall, this Chipotle location is a great spot in Terre Haute for a quick, delicious meal. Between the fresh food, friendly staff, and clean environment, it’s easy to see why so many people keep coming back. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon! 🌯✨
