  Every single table was filthy. There was some kind of black tar on the floor we had to step over upon entering. We ordered two sandwiches and waited for over half an hour, no exaggeration. When I went to the stand at the pickup line to wait for the food, the manager just glared at me. To top it all off, the food was not good and I have never had bad Arby's until now. Employees were slow, inept, no customer service skills, no pride in their work, no shame about the gross dining room. Get it together Arby's, you're losing customers.

  I went to Arby's today for some lunch and I asked for a roast beef sandwich just plain and they gave me one with cheese now I know these things happen but that wasn't the problem when I went to correct it I didn't get an apology or anything just attitude they did not care at all! So I won't be going back for a while

  I enjoy Arby's but not giving it very many stars as this review is only unique to this visit. I orderd a beef and cheddar and it was on a sandwich type bread and not very good. Normally we love Arby's and never had any issues. I said no sauce and it had sauce. I was starving, the bread was absorbed with this sauce and mushy. I dont like the onion bread and always do this but here it came oddly and was hard to get it down. :/
