  my coffee was good but way too sweet. There was a skinny boy who was very rude the whole process. He clearly didnt look like he cared about working there. He was cussing a lot too.

  The drinks are always delicious. I’m visiting family and we decided to stop here yesterday. There was a skinny boy in a brown jacket that was so rude and dismissive the whole time. My whole family could hear him cussing like crazy when he would walk in. That is not acceptable. Why is this horrible young man employees here? Is this really what 7Brew wants to have representing their company?

  Excellent service!! My decaf frozen mocha was incredible!! My favorite location I've been to so far in the franchise, by. far. Payton specifically was my brewista and she was extremely kind and attentive! I would rate them an 100000/5 if i could

  I've never had a bad experience at a 7 brew, until now. We received a decaf frozen mocha that didn't have any chocolate in it. We asked for more chocolate and they put a ridiculous amount in it, making it undrinkable. They took forever trying to look up my order and came to the conclusion that they cannot even refund my money because I paid with a gift card. I asked if they could give me a free drink card and they said they didn't have any. I asked for a gift card with the amount of the drink and they couldn't do that either. I asked for the GMs contact info and they wouldnt give it to me. After wasting about 40 minutes of my time, I basically got ripped off.

  Wait time was terrible. The line was clear back to the stop sign and seen employees sitting in lawn chairs along the building with there tablets when they were suppose to be taking orders. When I was finally able to order I asked for a medium decaf sweet tea with peach flavor added. I was extremely disappointed that I paid 5 dollars for water and just a tea bag! The tea was not sweet and no peach flavor was added. Definitely will not be back to this location.
