  On Dec 4th my Daughter ordered à pizza we got it about half cooked thelady said she was mañàger fixed. Another pizza the works diverted it took the bad pizza gave us the new pizza it was just as bad still not done she said it would burn if she cooked it any longer it was awful I have bought pizza there since it opened never had bad pizza till now she even put less toppings on it and never refunded for less toppings if she turned down the oven it wouldn't have burnt the pizza and probaly would have gotten the pizza. DONE

  Pizza not done and I call them they said they keep burn it and the send another Pizza and this one is not done and no money back at all

  I drove 45 minutes out of my way to get a bacon cheese stick. The general manager tells me that they don’t have bacon cheese sticks, but they have bacon and they have cheese sticks, but he can’t do a bacon cheese stick because that will come out of his pocket. Absolutely the least capable GM of the franchise!

  Tried calling in to make an order for a pizza and each time I was on hold for more than 5 minutes waiting to speak to someone.

  I called at 822 pm on October 31 2025 ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a large sausage pizza with extra cheese and was told 30-40 minutes ...got to papa johns at 900 pm and didn't get my order until 930pm ...got home with it and there was no extra cheese on either pizza and it was nasty
