Pulled into drive thru and waited 10min with no answer at 8:30am. Called the store to see if they was open and was given attitude when asked what hours they was open. “Open 8am-10pm like every other day” was their response. Would not suggest supporting this location with their attitude and lack of service.

First time I went thru the drive thru I received my chicken, bacon, ranch sub, It had no meat in it, so no chicken or bacon in my chicken and bacon ranch sub. It was literally bread with cheese and lettuce. I decided to give it another chance and ordered a chicken and bacon ranch sub, now they decided to leave off the ranch. The lady when we were ordering had said "no sauce?" After we told her the veggies I wanted cause she had asked about the veggies and then randomly asked about the sauce when ranch is in the name of the sub so I thought she meant additional sauces but I guess not. Definitely will never come back. The service i have received is just completely unacceptable.

The manager Leanne was extremely rude. I didn't realize the chips I grabbed for my meal weren't included since I got cookies. The way she spoke to me and her tone was very unprofessional. I had payed for my order on the app so I again just paid for a bag of chips on the app. I'm sitting down at a table eating my meal. She then wanted to yell across the restaurant that I needed to pay for the chips now because she was about to clock out. I told her I had. She told me no you didn't I said YES I DID AND WATCH YOUR TONE WHEN SPEAKING TO ME. She then realized I had paid and was clearly embarrassed in front of her employees. ( Which are very nice girls, very professional and kind, they had made my sandwich on the wrong bread and promptly remade it for me) And then proceeded to yell and carry on across the restaurant. Someone needs to get her to take a class on how to speak with customers and how to apologize after accusing someone of not paying for something they definitely paid for ! She sets a bad example as a team leader for the other employees! Do better babe!

This is a really good subway. They even take your coupons unlike shelbyville indiana locations.
