  Takes forever to get your food. We waited over half an hour for our food. The 4 people who ordered after us got their order before my single sandwhich.

  Delivery time is embarrassingly bad. An hour and forty five minutes for delivery. First time whatever but it's happened twice now. Jimmy johns is supposed to be known for speed, but St. John apparently never got the memo. Never ordering from them again.

  We have had 2 separate instances over the course of the last 3 years where we have placed an order for delivery and it has taken 2 hours for receipt. The default response is there is only one driver scheduled. I don’t believe the store can handle the demand of their service territory. I will give kudos as the latest staff did offer to void the order after 1.5 hours of waiting and 2 phone calls. The irony that this chains slogan used to be “subs so fast your freak” is at least entertaining. We will go back to pick up only or drive to another store to receive better service.

  They accidentally delivered my subs to the wrong address accidentally so I called up and the manager made it right gave us three more subs and also three more sub subs for next time so I just wanted to say I really appreciate that and appreciate the manager for making it right and the subs were very delicious. Thank you again.

  I’ve never had any issues with this Jimmy John’s & I’ve been coming here for 12 years. I’ve dined in, ordered out, and used delivery and have zero complaints. Carol is the sweetest sandwich maker and her smile shows how much she cares and loves her job. Keep up the great work St. John!
