  For the price the food is good. The workers here have good attitudes and seem happy to accommodate you if you need something. The bell for good service is always rung by my daughter. Not a usual fast food guy but I like the variety here versus the usual fast food fair of burgers and chicken. Very clean inside with added touches of seasonal or holiday decorations is nice. No fresh brewed ice tea is a negative for me for sure 🥤,so giving 4 stars for food.

  Sad, greedy corporate America. The app that offers BOGO doesn't work so ai pay $6.49 extra for a sandwich. Then, when I pay $17 on two sandwiches (disgustingly high) and I'm told by management that I can only get 1 Horsey sauce per sandwich. Ridiculous!!?!! I'll NEVER EVER go back. The store screws the customer on price and then won't even get me have two sauces per sandwich. I understand though; I have a choice. My choice for the future is to never go back and share my experience concerning the cheap behavior of the owner of St John Arby's. The girl at the window was just broken from all the negative responses from customers. Great decision! You've lost a dedicated customer, destroyed employee moral, and failing customer satisfaction over an extra horse sauce.

  Everything is horrible here. The food, The service, the employees. It’s an older lady that works here whose name idk. She wears a ponytail, but she’s always working. Always mad with an attitude everyday. I usually stop by every other morning for my grandmother. I mean if you don’t want to work l, don’t. Nobodies forcing you. She is absolute evil. But I did encounter a sweet young lady name Aaliyah, who is simply the sweetest. They need to hire more people like her unless I won’t be coming back.
