    Used the kiosk to place my order and ordered a Big Mac combo meal. The person brought out my food and an empty cup. So I had to go back up to the front to get my drink, which I thought sort of defeated the purpose of having it brought to my table. Took two bites of my Big Mac and noticed it only had one patty. Took it back and asked for another one to be made and went back to my table to wait for it. I finished my fries and went back to the counter to find that my replacement Big Mac was just sitting on the counter. When I finished my meal and was refilling my sweet tea, I found out it was empty. Went to the counter and waited for someone to finally come help me and refill my drink. Definitely not a good day for customer service. Oh, I forgot to mention that two other people also had their orders messed up.

    I do not normally leave a review for a McDonalds. but the food was delicious.. it was hot! and the drive thru was running very well! Glad to know some McDonalds still care about customers. Kudos to you guys!
