  Normally don't do reviews but the service here was catastrophic let me start by saying this was during a busy hour but the service was completely unacceptable. I will go from start to finish. I went through drive thru ordered everything the guy in the window seemed receptive of what I had ordered and it all was correct, I came to the window got told to wait for a minute as the food would take a few minutes. So I proceed to pull up and wait, 5 minutes go by not a thing brought out to me 20 minutes go by still the same at this point I was very agitated as it is "fast food" I then proceeded to walk in and ask the worker at the front where our food was as we had ordered it at least 20-25 minutes ago and the worker had no idea that we were even waiting and nobody in there had any idea what happened with our food. But then finally someone says they will take care of it for us and long behold it was just sitting on the counter by itself as if they just forgot about it. The worker then gave me our food and apologized for the wait. But this is not the end. As I started to the food out and eat I realized that my spicy chicken I ordered was not chicken at all and was a completely different animal and they didn't even put any of the toast in either bag at this point I was of the verge of blowing a fuse and I remembered the last time I went a few months prior that they had done the same thing. At the end of the day I understand mistakes can happen but when you pay for something and it isn't what you ordered it's pretty aggravating I would've been a lot happier if I were given a free meal voucher or something for waiting that long plus the food not even being right. It was good quality and so on but Dairy Queen please re train your workers at this location or make sure they can see the screen to be able to know a double cheeseburger from a spicy chicken and not forget about their customers. I hate to say but I will probably not be returning unless it is for dining in because it's been multiple times now rhat my order has been screwed up and it's getting old. Lucky Im giving you guys 2 stars

  This place used to be one of the only historical Dairy Queen locations with its original design and now its modern garbage. No life inside, bland colors, don't come here.
