  I ordered a smoothie and was treated rudely because I told them it wasn't good at all. I've been getting smoothies for over a year, but only at this location. I asked if I could order it again and they told me no, to leave. Bad service.

  This location does not seal DoorDash orders at all. When my order arrived, the sauce that was supposed to be inside the container was missing. When I contacted the store, the manager stated that camera footage showed the employee placing the sauce in the container before the order left the restaurant. Because the order was not sealed in any way, this raises a serious concern about the food being tampered with during delivery. This situation could easily be prevented by sealing delivery orders with stickers, staples, or tamper-evident packaging like many other restaurants do. Without that protection, customers have no way to know whether their food was handled after it left the store. I initially called the store to resolve the issue, but when I attempted to call back, my calls were declined. When I called from another number, the call was answered and I was told to call back another time. I ordered delivery for convenience, so being told to drive to the store for replacement items was not a reasonable solution. I’ve enjoyed this restaurant before, but this experience was disappointing and made me uncomfortable consuming the food.
