  I would come here often but service has gone way down hill. My final issue was simple. I bought a sandwich. They asked if I want cheese. I said NO I'm lactose intolerant. I got cheese they charged me for it. I didn't taste cheese but I was in pain. I went in the next time and told them I'd be happy with a 2 dollar discount because of the cheese issue. They acted like I was joking. When a customer has an issue, make it right. 2 dollars and I don't want to come back. I would have been happy with a free drink or chips. There are other places. I'm sorry 2 dollars was all it took to get rid of my business.

  Sandwich was not toasted, was actually under toasted. Very stingy on the avocado spread as well as mayo. Like how do they expect someone to finish a dry sandwich… Had to add my own mayo and make my own avocado spread. Worst $10 i’ve ever spent.

  For whatever reason this is the best JJ I’ve ever been to. They put their whole foot in my sammie and it’s so good. Music is good too. Thank you!

  My stomach has been aching really badly, along with other food-poisoning symptoms, since I ate a sandwich from here yesterday. I won’t be returning.
