Today I went to this location after getting out of work (a minute drive or a 3 minute walk) and ordered through the Kiosk. After receiving my food, I've headed home and turns out I was missing my Beef Chalupa and Chicken Crunchy Taco from the bag. It wasn't too busy at this location, but it's a bit upsetting knowing that most of my food was missing. The Chicken Chalupa was good though. Now I learned my lesson to always check my bag.

If there wouldn’t have been so much traffic, we'd took the order right on back and demanded a refund. We ordered online for pick up and first they handed us the wrong order. We finally got our order, came home to find everything just thrown in the bag. Nacho chips and fries all dumped out. Not one pack of taco sauce, who eats taco bell with no sauce??!! Everything was cold and had to be microwaved. The taco salads were 90% lettuce, barely had any of the other toppings on it and did not have the sauce that comes on them. The nacho supreme dip was 90% cheese sauce, barely had any of the other toppings. Tacos split in half. It was THE WORST taco bell experience we've ever had. I do NOT recommend this location and we'll never be back!!!!
