They some as soon as I came in, relayed my order back to me and made sure my sandwich was the way I wanted before she wrapped it. She also asked me if I was in the reward program. Once I told her no, she walked me ate by step on how to join! I will be back.

I left the tip for the employee. Not the owner. You need to post a sign letting people know you rip off employees off their tips. Never going back and telling everyone, just like a friend told me.
