    They pawn off their delivery to Door Dash and it always takes over an hour no matter what the Pizza Hut website says it will take to get a delivery. Missing items, poorly cooked items, just a mess every time. And trying to deal with customer service means going through the online portal and dealing with people that can't actually resolve an issue. Not worth the effort to even deal with them.

    I order the “My Hut Box” online for cash pickup. It’s always a pleasant experience when Lisa is working. She ensures my order is accurate and to my liking. My personal pan always has the perfect amount of cheese and crust. It’s a seamless pickup with Lisa. Lisa is kind and easygoing.

    I just ordered a normal large stuff crust. The crust is non existent, my son thought it was thin crust with absolutely zero sauce. 1st I drove past the store at 7:30 pm, and circled back and all the lights were off outside, no hours of operation on the door, I thought they were closed. These are the signs unfortunately, they'll be closing soon. +/- 2 yrs ago they were great

    This pizza hut is the worst. Avoid it like the plaque!! I just left without my prepaid food because the employees are that awful.
