  Every time I order from this location, I haven’t had any issues. Food and the bread was fresh, made exactly how I wanted. Staff is friendly. Soloman the your delivery driver was polite and sweet. —Thank you

  Continues to get my delivery orders wrong! I use them for convenience while at work and the last three times they have gotten my orders wrong! So frustrating when all the person has to do is read whats on the screen/paper. Putting items on the sandwich that was never requested. I made sure I checked just in case it was my mistake and it hasn't been. I think I'm done with this place! Soo annoyed

  Always great service here. Employees are fast and efficient. Food is fresh. Delivery is quick.

  Came here for a catering order as the original store was having online issues. They were able to get what I needed short notice and no issues. They were all very nice and ready to go. Was quick and amazing service!

  First time visiting a Jimmy John's. Horrible experience. Will never be back, at least not at the one in Speedway, IN. Would give 0 stars if available. Person taking the orders did not greet me, did not say "hello, can I help you" did not smile, told him I had never been to a Jimmy John's, he did not suggest anything, just stared at me, I felt like I was really putting him out by just being there. After ordering and paying he said "You're Done" Not a Thank you. He definitely does not need to be working on front line with customers! I ordered the Ultimate Italian, the bread was brunt, bacon was brunt, gross sandwich. Wasted $12!!
