I called the store, and after 20 minutes of being on hold, I drove to the store. The front doors were locked and when I made eye contact with an employee and showed I was now on hold for 30+ minutes and showed I had food, they just motioned to go to the drive thru. At the drive thru window, that insisted it was not burnt, and would do nothing for me. Despite the pizza being clearly burnt, and was cold upon delivery anyways. There was literally burnt pieces falling off. My family agreed it was burnt. I’ve ordered the same pizza before and it didn’t look like this. I now have zero food because I don’t want the cold burnt food they were going to give me. Great way to end a Friday. I even tried to make sure I left a good tip when I paid, smh.

Both times now I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes to get my pizza despite ordering ahead of time. I don’t know if your app is faulty or if this store isn’t capable of handling the orders that come in but I’ll be using a different store moving forward.
