  VERY RUDE STAFF, this is the worst Wendy's in south bend, I only came here to pick up someone else's order. So I go in, no greeting, not even a " one moment " lady at the register is taking a PERSONAL PHONE CALL, and I know, because she says " your grandmother will be picking you up" walks away while im standing there and starts making fries....still on the phone. Where is sanitation? Then another employee walks pass me dumping a carton of lemonade in the white container ( I thought they made it fresh). So I proceeded to say, who do I talk to about picking up an order, first they just stare at me until I say it again, then everyone comes and says, we're really busy rolling their eyes and says they're making it. 1. How do you even know what order I'm here for, 2. The place was completely empty besides one family already sitting and 2 cars through the drive through. They were extremely rude on top of being dressed sloppily and completely dirty. Don't believe me ? PLEASE GO INSIDE AND look for yourself.

  We ordered on the app 10 minutes prior to arriving. When we got here they said they hadn’t even got our order yet. Then had to wait in line forever until being told to pull forward. And then they brought us our food and they gave us the wrong order so we had to go in and exchange it for the right one. It then took them 15 minutes to make the food. We get back to the car and realize they forgot another item so we had to go back in and get it. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food it took 45 minutes. Only good thing i have to say is the food was pretty good. Absolutely Ridiculous

  The absolute slowest Wendy's in history. If you have an online order delivery order. Add a minimum of 10 minutes to.pickup time. They have an entire team of people but no teamwork at all. Just a bunch of talking and joking around. Then when or of you finally get your food. Its barely warm and never tastes right. Definitely DO NOT recommend under any circumstances.

  I showed up 10 minutes before close trying to pick up some of my wife’s comfort food before she got home from the hospital, the doors were locked and nobody was working the drive through. There were people working inside, guess they just didn’t wanna work a full shift that night
