- TTT TJan 20, 20261.0Just ordered an Italian BMT with spinach, black olives, cucumber, and onions. The only meat on it is bacon. It doesn’t have any onions on it, and I asked for vinegar and mayonnaise and didn’t have either on it. Then the employee, black guy that gave my fiancée the sub, tried hollering at her. How ridiculous is this place. Didn’t make the sub correct and made my fiancée feel super uncomfortable. WE WON’T BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

Today showed they just dont have a clue I ordered a sandwich and they put cheese on the bottom of the sandwich then meat on top of the sandwich then he asked what sauce I said I will take onion etc and he was dead set on adding sauce to the meat first and Wouldn't listen to what I wanted. They need to greet customers by Hi, welcome to subway instead of whats UP. They all need to go ordered a sandwich from Heritage square subway and learn the process.
