  Only go during breakfast. Lunch and dinner is total chaos. Cathy one of the main managers treats customers and dashers horrifically just had to unnasign a order because she clicked it off and commenced to 5 minutes of other tasks while my order just needed bagged and handed to me. With 10 ppl standing around. My experience was so bad that I will be going to the store manager and corporate. She's the blonde running from my camera wouldn't give me her name also told her employees to not give me name.

  Tried to use the drive through but no one was there. Not even the usual, we'll be with you in a couple minutes. I then began trying to get their attention by repeating several catch phrases like 15 minutes could save you 15% or more on car insurance to no avail. First window had no one. Second window had a lady facing the other way who I attempted to wave to with no response. Can't wait for the manager to just send a feedback link instead of actually replying to this 😁 would hate for them to put too much effort in.

  We sat in the drive thru for a few minutes. There was a line of cars forming behind us and in the other drive thru lane in. Tried to get an employee’s attention at the speaker but no one answered. We ended up leaving to go to a different location. As we drove by the payment window, no one was even there.

  I’ve never had a good experience with the customer service here. The person I’ve interacted with a few times now has always been very short and barely says anything, he asked if I wanted anything else I asked for a frappe, he gave me my receipt and walked away. Got my order, no frappe
