    -5 at this location. I ordered through the app. Arrived to pick up the order and still had to wait almost 10 minutes for COLD FOOD!!! The dude told me the order was already picked up at first, then I ordered a ZERO SUGAR fruit punch and it was wrong. Skyrocketed my blood sugar too 400!!! I'm diabetic and he could've killed me!!!! Live chat kept saying "unavailable", they don't answer the phone and the 800 number hangs up on you!!! I'm so disgusted. I WANT A REFUND!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

    Came through around 2:30. Rude lady in the window. Rushed. My food was so old. I didn't even feed it to my kids. Absolutely gross. Won't be coming back.

    I ordered one of the $5 bags, and for some reason I was charged $6.42. The woman taking my order didn't give me my total over the speaker, and mumbled my total when I got to the window. She also "forgot" what drink I ordered, which in my experience means that they didn't properly ring up the order in the first place, or she cleared it from the screen as soon as I had paid. As I was pulling away, I received a text from my bank showing the amount charged, which was $6.42. I looked through the bag to see why the price difference, but of course, there was no receipt included. Seems like they are skimming customers here, so this will be my last time at this location.
