On top of that, nearly every item I asked for was met with “we can’t do that,” including basic menu items like the Quesarito, the Beefy 5 Layer, and passion fruit. The entire experience made me feel completely unwelcome, and I ended up leaving without ordering anything. Extremely disappointing service.

- TTTiffanyDec 7, 20252.0I told the guy in the drive thru I needed 2 number 2's with Baja blasts got to the window to pay and it was only 10.00 he handed me a drink and I was like I asked for 2 of these and he was like oh sorry shut the window and then opened it handed me a bag and another drink there was one meal still so I waited to get my other one and he opened the window and just looked at me I said I asked for 2meals he just stared at me I said what are u doing can u give me my food he said oh I can't take an extra order u will have to drive all the way around and red order...so I have to waste my gas and time because u didn't verify my order and listen? Awesome and he got mad at me like I was in the wrong!!
