  I would like to begin by commending your staff for their consistent dedication and hard work, particularly during late-night hours when they appear to be exceptionally busy. While this establishment is not my primary choice, its convenient location during my deliveries often leads me to frequent it. Upon placing an online order, I proceed to the lobby, where I am consistently faced with the challenge of identifying which doors are accessible, reminiscent of a carnival attraction. On multiple occasions, my name has been requested and subsequently echoed to the back, a process that occurs twice: once upon my arrival, and then again several minutes into my wait. During my most recent visit, I experienced a wait time exceeding 20 minutes for an online order.

  Service is a hit or miss but the wait time to just order is always 6 minutes and receiving the food even more. It’s an awkward layout so I’m sure it’s hard to have people pull up for larger orders. At least have better customer service while we wait.

  I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I was the only one in the Taco Bell. There was a line of four cars at the drive-through, but it was moving quickly. The guy that took my order at the register was nice (young guy, early 20s). So far so good. My order took over 15 minutes. When I politely inquired about it after 10 minutes to one young woman, she scolded me like a child (I'm over 50) and told me they are overworked and only one manager was there (huh?). There were many workers preparing orders. When I finally received my order and was walking out, I knew I had to check the bag. One taco missing. The rest of the order was cold. Like it just came out of the fridge cold. I went back in and politely told one of the workers. I told her she could feel how cold the food was if she wanted. She walked to the back and I didn't see her again. After 5 more minutes, no one was at the register so I had to yell back, and I asked for a refund. One of the workers walked away, "I aint giving no refund." I asked for the manager. The manager was grumpy and sloth-like and complained about how busy things were (I was still the only one inside). She did give me the refund, so I guess that deserves one star lol. FAST food? Nope.

  They give meat out like it's coming out of their check. 6 Taco Supreme and that's what the meat looked like in most of them

  I ordered from their app last night, my first order got stolen. When I finally got my order they messed up my two cantina crispy tacos they did not have no cheese on the outside it was just a shell with the cantina chicken on it. Horrible second time my food got stolen.
