As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I sat there waiting for 15 minutes waiting for them to get their food. Ok so at this point it's during lunch time maybe he has a huge order. NOPE! 1 soda and a small bag came out of the window. He pulls away and I pulled up to the window. I sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me. Their in the store running their mouths and not doing anything. Finally one of them noticed I was there and told the person who was working the window I was there. After that the food came out within a couple minutes after that. So I got my food it's about a 20 minute drive back home. We only get Rally's once in a while because it's kinda far when there are every other fast food restaurants close to us. I get home n taking the food out of the bag and of course not all the food is there. Missing 2 pies when we had 4 in our order. Was a disappointing experience. The one that used to be by us closed down during COVID. We only have 1 now in our city. Please build more. The food is always good and better than McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's. Just the service is slow and check your bags before you leave.
