The person in front of me took forever and I thought since I was only getting an $8.50 cup of soup, I would be helped quickly but I pull up to the window and sit for 3 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Someone comes to the window and tells me my balance however while I had to wait I misplaced the credit card I hurriedly got out because it was just a bowl of soup, so the gal walks away and another 3 minutes and no one. Finally 8 minutes later I got my soup. There are 5 cars in the lot so not busy at all but the kids working were all too concerned with chatting instead of taking care of customers. The prices are way too high for such crappy service.

The atmosphere is not quite as good as some paneras I have visited: the space is more empty more open, with fewer private niches for conversations, and as a consequence it is louder and can be a harder for anyone with issues involving hearing or cognitive focus. Otherwise, this is a wonderful place. Highly recommended, with that slight caveat.
