The atmosphere is not quite as good as some paneras I have visited: the space is more empty more open, with fewer private niches for conversations, and as a consequence it is louder and can be a harder for anyone with issues involving hearing or cognitive focus. Otherwise, this is a wonderful place. Highly recommended, with that slight caveat.

This is my 2nd time going to this location. Spaced out about 3 months. Both times I ordered a cookie. It's nearly a $5 cookie. And both times I didn't get one. This time (today, literally 15 minutes ago from writing this review) I ordered a grilled cheese, I added cheese ($3) and bacon ($3) and caramelized onions. 1) I did not get the added cheese. 2) Whoever prepared it put the bacon on one half of the sandwich and the caramelized onions on the other side. ARE YOU JOKING? I spent $35 on 2 sandwiches, soup, and a cookie. THIRTY FIVE. Only to get trolled and not even get half of what I paid for. Needless to say I will not be giving this location another visit and will recommend my friends and family to avoid it as well.
