    this location has completely gone down hill simply within the last few months. back in december, when my family got the grinch meal, all of our boxes had been opened and the sealed socks were tore open revealing the surprise. we all got red socks. not a big thing to complain about, but they took out the christmas magic by taking away the surprise and giving us all the same color. today was the worst by far, with them giving me a spicy wrap instead of a ranch one. they took the old food, looked at it in disgust and disbelief like they didn’t believe i was telling the truth. then they proceeded to have me wait for my one ranch wrap in a parking spot for over forty five minutes. this location is ridiculous and becoming completely unwelcoming. i don’t think i’ll be back to this location.

    I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Alex Novey. Alex was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. They made sure my order was accurate, handled everything efficiently, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. It really made my visit pleasant and smooth. Customer service like this truly makes a difference Alex is a great asset to the team!
