  if i could leave a zero star i would. i work in the fast food and i get it but every single time i come here i wait at least 10 minutes which is whatever but today is overboard for me. i made a mobile order got told to pull in space 2 i did and sat for almost 25 minutes before someone came and asked me what i had and then waited another 10 minutes sent my boyfriend and they told him they didnt have our orders so we gave our receipts and then had to wait almost another 15 minutes sent and our food wasnt even fresh. i will never ever be returning. managment just stood their talking. maybe hr should review cameras and take action cause all this was absolutely uncalled for

  The order taker let 3 cars go through on 1 of the 2 lanes and still didn't come on the speaker to say they would be right with you. Pulled up to the window after waiting 20 min to see if I could put my order in that way and she said I had to go through the drive thru again if I wanted to put in an order. Ended up stuck between 2 cars and sat there another 20 min before I could leave. No common sense I fear.

  My go to plc. for my grandchildren fast food ( Happy Meals)& not bad for Adult food palet either😆

  For one mcchicken extra mayo add cheese and a large drink waited 30 minutes yet my sandwich was nothing on it !!! Tried calling the store to speak to a manager cause I wasnt going bsck after waiting for 30 minutes they answered an hung up the phone!!! This used to be the best mcdonald's in south bend area now the worst !!! Bring Tagen Ben and Andrew back to this location .. to many kids messing around ... Also the lady at the back drive took my recite cause it had a promo on it witches I used my POINTS !!! Worst part about the entire thing is THEY WASNT EVEN BUSY !!! I live right next to a mcdonald's an go to portage rd cause usually its the best wrong mistake I made today... Never again !!
