  Very busy no matter how clear you are your is always wrong and made to means nothing they take offense I think once you get your meal the bread is hard like its been sitting the meat cold and special order they scrape off what not asked for

  The female general manager is very rude and unprofessional. And will put her hands in your bag of food after coming from right outside. Can't understand how a person can try to be professional but rude at the same time. Not to mention the order was wrong which was why I had to even interact with employees inside. Smh

  Waited 29 minutes for our food, just to find out it had been sitting behind the counter. The order we got was wrong, AND had a hair in it, so we returned it and asked for a new one, just to get the order wrong AGAIN. When we asked for just a SIDE of lettuce since we have tried twice now to get a mcchicken made right, the worker said, and I quote, "you wanted lettuce on it though right?" as if she didn't know the ingredients on their own menu items. On top of it all, in order to get our orders fixed, we stood in a crowd of 7 other people who had ALSO gotten their orders messed up, and had been waiting just as long to get their orders fixed. There were also no napkins, lids, straws, sauces, or ANYTHING in the lobby, so if we had needed any of those things they'd forgotten, we'd have to wait in the line of people waiting almost 30 minutes for their food to attempt to get a worker's attention. The two poor girls on the register were running ALL of the food, making all of the drinks, and trying to take orders all by themselves. I hardly ever go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this place was a wreck and we were not the only ones inconvenienced by this.
