  Had an Uber eats delivery and only received part of it and when I called they said it wasn't there problem. There the ones that put the order together and sealed the bag. Do better.

  Couldn’t even use the bathroom for 2 minutes without getting bothered multiple times by employees. They need more bathrooms or something and they should know if the door is locked it means someone is inside, we can hear them trying the door, no need to knock and then walk away and knock again. The employee taking my order at the counter was super nice, the other employees were just kind of goofing off and it took a long time to get my order. Then my nuggets were soooooooo horribly overdone it was literally awful but I was so over it that I didn’t even have the energy to bring them back and ask for a replacement.

  After waiting 10 minutes I asked for a refund and suddenly my food was simultaneously "called out and no one responded" and "just now ready because it was waiting for fries". Those can't both be true. They tried to give me the food, but even if it was really waiting for fries (for 10 minutes, fries can take 10 minutes at this location apparently), then the burger was sitting and getting cold that whole time and who knows how long it was sitting in the warmer before I ordered. Plus the one dude, I don't know if he was the owner or a manager or what, but he was in charge and not in a uniform, that dude was standing there giving me dirty looks when I was getting my refund. It's no wonder you're short staffed if that's how you are to customers, I can only imagine what you're like to the employees. I will not be visiting again.
