- NCNathan Choler3 days ago4.0I was the only person in the store around 830 AM. Drive thru was busy. I ordered before I got there, but still waited 5 or so minutes for my food. Food was good. My English muffin was soft. While I was there, the employee had a fun, loud discussion with another customer about her food being nasty. Besides the food, the parking lot was also flooded, so very few places to park without standing in water. Overall, it's about what I expect from McDonald's, no reason I wouldn't come back to this location.

Food has been wrong, mobile orders haven't been fulfilled and no refund given, and the staff is beyond rude. My last time here they lost my mobile order and almost didn't serve me because I didn't have a receipt, even though the staff member was HOLDING the mobile order slip in his hand. I was told to pull up and wait in parking spot #2, which was blocked with snow because they didn't plow their parking lot, so I pulled into the first available Curbside Pick Up spot. When the worker came out with my order, he couldn't hand over my purchase before mentioning "I didn't tell you to park here". I said "I'm sorry, I couldn't get into that other spot", and he said "whatever" and rolled his eyes and walked away. Thank you so much for the fast, friendly, efficient service, each and every time!
