I’ve never had a good experience with the customer service here. The person I’ve interacted with a few times now has always been very short and barely says anything, he asked if I wanted anything else I asked for a frappe, he gave me my receipt and walked away. Got my order, no frappe

Friendly staff, great fries, order was as ordered. You must go to the register for refills. Burger was chilly, bathroom clean. Floor was being mopped as we were leaving, so we were careful, but it was excessively slick as if being mopped with greasy water

I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s myself, but my kids love it, Today I went and stopped at the drive-through to get my kids some food. And I believe the manager on duty and the worker on duty just greeted me with the biggest smile and infectious energy that was so uplifting. People are quick to give negative feedback but never share the good experiences. So I decided to leave a five star review not for the food, but for the way they treated me and uplifted my energy. I order a large coffee and there isn't any coffee made. So the lady pours a very small amount into my cup and then fills it up the rest of the way with decaf and tells me that it's regular. Way to go McDonald's. I'll go elsewhere for my coffee from here on out
