The service is only 3 because the night crew is so inconsistent on friendliness and being sanitary and honoring tad ocd requests since they hardly ever have the same people on at night some of the night crew tries to get away without washing hands too however of lunch crew worked all day service woujd be 5 stars because there all friendly and happy to be there and even accommodate better however the night crew is getting as bad as the other night crew just down the road( sr 933 one this is the worst in all of south bend) hoping his night crew does not get as bad as the sr 933 crew this location was so friendjy die awhile at both shifts lunch and evening crew don’t know what happened

Very rude employees. Was trying to give my order in the drive thru and they got very rude and I had asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it was even on the receipt but was NOT CUT. I won’t be coming back to this jimmy johns.
