  The last two times I went to Dunkin’ Donuts and they did not have the doughnut that I wanted. I was in line when I was trying to process my mobile order and for some reason it would not go through. They were rushing me and said go around which I understand so I wouldn’t around and then it finally processed just to come back to the drive-through and they didn’t have what I needed. I was extremely frustrated because I’m going through something personal, which made me have to leave South Bend and head back to Kentucky. I filled up my tank and spent my last $10 on Dunkin and was unable to get what I ordered. Then I asked him to cancel the order and I had to go through the app. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes as I was on the road and realized that they weren’t open on the weekend, which frustrating me even more. After I took care of everything I called about three days later and the customer service representative asked me why am I waiting so long to call which frustrating me even more. I don’t think I’ll ever be spending my money with Dunkin ever again. Never received a call from anyone never received my refund. Keep the the money.

  Go anywhere else. This place puts no effort into anything. These managers are awful. Our order is wrong every time, and what we get never tastes good. I don’t know why I keep going expecting something to change. z

  Terrible Terrible Coffee .. I dunno if this is a Chicago thing .. 🤔 NOT one DD knew what HALF & HALF was ? Like .. Really ?? IF YOU WORK at Any DD's .. This Might Just Apply To YOU ?   I frequent this Dunkin quite a bit since it's nearby. I love their caramel craze iced latte and my kids love their donuts. The food is not great, but kinda feel it's what you'd expect from here. If you order food that needs to be heated while in drive thru, it'll take a weirdly long amount of time.. so we usually just go inside if we're ordering food. The employees there are usually super nice as well. They just updated the building and it looks really nice!

  usually i like this dunkin. however something is up with the night shift. i have gone the past couple days at around 4:30am and today i didn’t even get my drink. i literally ordered one drink, had four cars in front of me and the line was just NOT moving at all. 20 minutes go by and there is still two cars in front of me. at this point im going to be late for work so i literally had to leave. dunkin, please lock in and be speedy
