    This is how my pizza was delivered from a driver with their logo on truck I was extremely confused to be told I needed to pay.

    I ordered online for store pickup, when I got home with my pizza I realized the toppings were incorrect when I called in and asked to bring back my pizza and get the correct toppings on a new pizza the manager refused and hung up on me. This was really upsetting because I really like Domino's Pizza but because of this experience I will not be returning.

    Horrible. I waited over 2 hours for my order and never received it. This was at 3:29pm. I called back at 5:11pm kept getting hung up on or placed on a long hold. They took the money off my debt card for my order but didn't want to answer the phone. What type of customer service is that? You don't take someone's money and not answer the phone. That's scamming. I'll never order again you people can't be trusted.

    It seemed like the people working there really wanted to b somewhere else and jus werent loving their jobs. Thats always so bad for customers to see because it makes us feel awkward and then by the time were finished we wished we hadnt come to begin with, I know ive personally stopped going to several restaurants in the last several years for that very reason. I jus want to look at them and say if u dont like your job u are the only one who can change it! It shows in the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Last nite was the first time ive gotten a pizza from Domino's that I wasnt happy with. To start, it wasnt baked thoroughly, it was still doughy under the toppings and the cheese looked like it had literally jus melted and they pulled it out and put it in a box. I of course hadnt checked the pizza before leaving because once again ive never had a pizza from Domino's that wasnt delicious so I didn't think id need to check it out. I live in wakerton and I stopped and picked up dinner while in south bend so I couldn't jus turn around and have them correct it. Will definitely b checking pizza before I leave next time, although It will prolly b a while before I order Domino's again
