  I ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, and a blizzard through the drive thru. The Blizzard had a flat lid, so flipping it over made little to no sense as this is proving nothing to me. I can’t see if the blizzard is falling because there is no room to fall and lack of visibility. The chicken strip basket was handed to me without a bag, which doesn’t make sense. The basket houses the chicken, so that compares to the wrapper on a burger, however I’m assuming burgers are put into a bag… not just handed to the customer in the wrapper. Finally, the gravy for the chicken strip basket was thicker than the blizzard I ordered. It was multicolored, looked like it was the bottom of the barrel and not mixed together as well as being burnt. All that cost $19.98. I’ve been coming here for my entire life, however this will be my last time. Makes absolutely no sense that I can go across the street and spend half the money for twice the satisfaction. For your price point you should be following your standards and providing a better experience to customers willing to spend money at your establishment.

  The best crew at night ever they were polite and had my stuff bag the right way cold drinks one bag and hot food in another it's the little things that matters.

  Just once I would like to get a correct order. Ordered a Medium Snowdrift blizzard with extra marshmallow and I received a small oreo blizzard with no marshmallow. This happens every time I go there. The lady in front of had to drive back because they did the exact same thing to her. I feel like I received the order she brought back, in the garbage it goes. I will drive three miles out of my way, to avoid this place.

  Food was good! Service was great! Very welcoming. Will definitely eat here again. Asked for a bacon double cheeseburger with no onions and got exactly that! Perfect!

  It’s always been hit or miss here but this last experience was just crazy to me we were confused on a coupon and instead of helping us the MANAGER was extremely rude and talked to us like we we’re stupid instead of explaining our question it’s crazy how bad the staff is here constantly I had one slam the window in my face this managers name is ROSE btw
