  Food was good and savory. Portions for sides were great as well. The pork chop and fish filet only come with one, which is not typical, however they are a nice size. I had a bad experience before and decided to give it another try and was not disappointed! Good job! I do recommend offering sauces like hot sauce and tarter sauce. I really wanted tarter with my fish, but was still good!

  5/5 stars . seriously some of the best soul food I’ve had in a long time . Today was our 1st time trying and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Everything my husband and I ordered was fresh and tasted phenomenal .

  First day trying, I wanted chicken wings but they were out. The catfish poboy was delicious. I had the 3 side meal also. The yams, dirty rice, and mac were good. The catfish meal should come with at least 2 pieces for that price and at least a 6 piece for the wing meal. The service was the only thing that sucked. It took forever to get my order and the other ppl waiting their too. She started my sides but then walked off, started doing something else then went to ring someone up after, so my food was just sitting on the counter getting cold with no lids on them. Orders were sitting up there forever waiting to be bagged. The front of the house staff were friendly they were just unorganized and all over the place(maybe because they were young). They would start one order, stop and go do something else while that order is still waiting to be finished. I think that’s why ppl are having problems with their wait times. I will be back to try the wings, I just hope the service is better. 2nd time trying Poboy still fire. They let me try different side dishes and they were great. Service was A1. Chicken wings seasoned to perfection. 3rd time trying and my star rating went up. My chicken wings were on point. My new favorite go to place.
